At Liberty Safe, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your security investment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery provided the safe remains in its original, unused condition.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated Customer Support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare for Pickup
Ensure the safe is secured on its original pallet and wrapped in its original packaging to prevent damage during the transit process.
- 3.Schedule Freight Collection
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with a professional freight carrier to schedule a convenient time for curbside pickup from your location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for damage, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
